Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 14-19 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-22 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Hair care
We recommend to wash and condition your wigs and bundles weekly to avoid build up. If your wearing wigs glue less a way to reduce having to restyle it is not wearing it over night. We recommend our Lace wig band to keep your lace in place. And also our Satin hair bonnets that protects your hairstyle during the night.
Yes we do offer wholesale, for stylists, hair salons and businesses. If your interested contact us by email, to get the pricing. For wholesale discounted prices there’s a minimum order of 10 pieces.
Raw hair is unprocessed hair, which means it hasn’t been chemically processed or steam processed and it comes from one donor. It mainly comes in textures straight, wavy, and curly. No two bundles are the same. It will last you a long time, between 3-5 years. Harder to manage but if you look after the hair and wash and condition it weekly the hair will be easier to manage.
Virgin hair is processed hair, which has been processed to achieve a texture and can be from one donor or multiple and comes in different textures like kinky curly, deep curly, kinky straight. It can last between 2-3 years or longer, virgin hair is easier to manage
12”- 16” we recommend 2 bundles
From lengths 18”- 20” we recommend at least three bundles
Anything longer than 20” we recommend four to five bundles.
if you look after the hair well it can last between 3-5 years

Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customised items or items on sale are not eligible.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must me in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging and tags. Shipping cost needs to be payed by the customer, to avoid your packages being lost, it’s advisable to use a tracking service.
In rare cases, where the wrong order has been shipped and the customer would like a refund, we will refund the shipping cost.
To start a return you should contact us first by email. A shipping address will be sent if your return is accepted as well as instructions on where to send your package.
Items that have been sent back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted.To receive a refund it will take 3-10 business days to reach your account.
Due to hygiene purposes, custom made wigs can't be returned. We also can’t accept the return of used hair.
To exchange an item, you must return the item first, once it has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item you’d like. The item must be sent to the correct address which isn’t the same as our mailing address.
