SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, DPD, DHl. Processing times normally takes one to two business days. Once processing has began, orders Cannot be amended without having to cancel and replace a new order.

Any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment is the responsibility of the customer. 
we’re not responsible for incorrect delivery details or shipment address as we can’t change it once the order had been sent.

Delivery

We will only deliver to the address given when you place your order. We are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address. If you end up using the wrong address you will need to cancel your order with incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within 30 minutes.

Shipping

Once you order, your shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your email, as soon as it’s been processed and shipped. Incase there’s any delays, we would advise to place the order a week in advance.We do not ship to P.O. boxes.Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable or your  order has been flagged as a risk. (We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information.) there’s a possibility we may require proof of identification for the billing information received. Items that have been misplaced, damaged or lost by third party were not liable for.
